NSAR has partnered with Spacelist to advertise your commercial listings at no cost to the member. Your brokerage can opt in by TBD. Once you have opted in, there are no additional action or steps you need to take. The team at Spacelist made it easy by automatically creating accounts to manage your listings and leads, as well as take advantage of Spacelist Pro services.

Active commercial listings in the NSAR’s MLS® System are sent to Spacelist throughout the day. For your listings to appear on Spacelist, you must have your listings set to display publicly in the NSAR’s MLS® System and your brokerage must have opted in.

Use the Bridge Platform to apply to have your commercial listings appear on Spacelist

1. Go to the NSAR Dashboard and select “Bridge Interactive”
2. Select Create a New Agreement:
3. Scroll down until you find Spacelist. There are options for Brokers and Salespersons.
   1. Broker: Used when all Brokerage commercial listings are to be sent to Spacelist
   2. Salespersons: Used when just their listings will be sent to Spacelist.

4. Click on Create agreement.

The agreement management tool will guide you through the process and will take care of notifying the other parties letting them know an agreement is waiting for their approval.

No, all your listings are provisioned and displayed for free. If you want to use Spacelist premium services such as Spacelist Pro, as a NSAR member, you will receive an exclusive 25% off for the first year of your annual subscription and cannot be a current Pro user. If your listings are already on Spacelist they will remain with no changes made. With the NSAR data feed integration, there is a lookup completed to make sure no duplicate listings are displayed or overwritten. Moving forward, Spacelist will add, update and/or remove listings accordingly from the NSAR several times throughout the day checking for duplicates every time.

All companies that syndicate listings to Spacelist are eligible for Spacelist’s Data Sharing Initiative. This program provides free open-access to our listing database, monthly activity reporting and real-time insights via Spacelist Analytics. 

To sign in to Spacelist for the first time, simply go to www.spacelist.ca, click ‘Sign In’ at the top right, enter your email, and click “Forgot Password”. Follow the instructions to set your new password. If you are not prompted with a “Welcome Back” message after entering your email, you are not using the email provided by the NSAR.
